Mental Health Lunch & Learn

Service Description

Spend an hour with me learning about the mental health diagnosis of your choice. You'll receive signs/symptoms, treatment modalities, common medications, coping skills to help manage the symptoms and a handout that sums it all up. The session ends with a Q & A to cover any additional questions.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance. If your booking date is unavailable someone will contact you within 24 hours to choose an alternate date and/or issue a refund.
